This variety is the result of a spontaneous mutation of the Fina Clementine originating from Nules (Castellˇn) during the mid fifties.
|Season :||Harvesting starts at the beginning of November and finishes at the end of January, spacing out the production.|
|Properties:||Of a uniform shape and an average size, it has a thin and smooth skin and can be easily peeled. Its pulp is very high quality and provides a lot of juice and has no pips. The climate and type of soil in the Bajo Ebro and Montsiá regions are ideal to grow this variety, which enables a uniform production. 70% of our land grows the Clemenules variety|

|Season :||Harvesting is done very early, starting approximately 25 days before the Clemenules variety.|
|Properties:||Similar to the Clemenules it has a uniform shape, thin smooth skin, no pips and a more acid taste. At Finca Morenillo 10% of our land grows this variety.|

|Season :||This variety ripens late and harvesting begins at the end of January.|
|Properties:||This orange has an average size and is slightly oval shaped with thin very smooth skin. It has a fine, juicy and sweet tasting pulp. It is ideal for eating round the table. 5% of the trees on our land belong to this variety.|

|Properties:||The three varieties that we grow on our land are the ones that best adapt to the climate and soils of the Bajo Ebro and Montsiá regions. The result of blending the three olive varieties is virgin oil (known as Tortosa oil) which has a peculiar, fruity and much appreciated tasted. Harvesting is done when the olive is ripe in order to achieve oil with between 0 and 1.4% acidity. We have 15 hectares of olive trees on our land.|
Farming and phytosanitary treatment
We use 85% of natural manure on our land which is compost manure from the farms on our land. We use ecologic insecticide and pesticide such as Nim oil. The entire process is warranted under an AENOR certificate.
